ROCK SHRIMP CROWN

Greater openness of our industry to a diversified small-scale fishery intended to meet a more local demand would undoubtedly allow us to discover new taste territories.

Our meaty and oh so delicious rock shrimp is a good example. This crustacean, which no license currently allows it to be marketed, is already found in the nets of certain fishing vessels whose crew are rather busy fishing for another seafood – the Stimpson’s surfclam.
